In sports, especially basketball, fewer than 1 percent of players become pros –and at the pro level, everyone has physical ability.  Similarly, at the professional level of business, everyone has knowledge, education, and experience.  Once you are in the pros, skills-including knowledge and physical game- are a commodity.    While you surely need skill to get there, skill  alone won't keep you there.  Well,   if  everyone at the top level has skills, you may be wondering, what is the difference between the All-Stars and the benchwarmers?  The CEOs and those stuck in middle management?  What makes one a legend, while others never move past "potential"?
