We assist in the preparation of business plans and can bring in specialists for market studies on an as needed basis.

Bookkeeping:

We recommend our small businesses with little or no inventory to use Quickbooks Online or an Industry specific software program. Assistance with installation can be arranged.

Tax return preparation:

We prepare fiduciary, individual, partnership, LLC, Non-profit, S-Corp, C-Corp, Multi-State and other regulatory reports.

Board Services:

We perform entity advisory committee and corporate board set-up assistance and regular meeting presentations.

Seminars & Workshops:

We perform seminars for various venues including non-profit organizations, small businesses, corporate divisions and conventions.
